Refund policy

Returns & Refund Policy (Including Exchanges)
Outback Belle's policy lasts 30 days! If 30 days has past since the date of your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange can't be made. If the customer has changed their mind for any reason about colour there will be no returns/refund offered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returning clothing items MUST be unworn, unwashed and in it's original condition with NO make-up stains, perfume, washing detergent or cigarette smoke on products. Items MUST be fit for re-sale! Customers will be responsible for postage charges for any returns back to Outback Belle. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You are responsible for supplying a pre-paid parcel tracked post bag for your exchange. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that your return has been received. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less original shipping costs, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact belleoutback@gmail.com

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are available online at times for customers to pre-purchase without missing out on an item. Outback Belle recommends choosing your sizing wisely when purchasing a pre-order item. There are NO exchanges or refunds on pre-ordered items. 

Shipping
Outback Belle will supply you with an address to return your item too. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable! Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Outback Belle highly recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Outback Belle can't guarantee that your returned item will be received without a tracking number. Outback Belle takes NO responsible for any late or missing parcels.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded and exchanged. If you 'applied' a discount code to an item at checkout this policy also applies.
